Student loan company Navient is the most-complained-about company in 2017 according to the information from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Credit reporting companies also felt the heat from consumers, with Equifax, Experian, and Transunion in the second, third and fourth places followed by major banks including Wells Fargo, Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.
